Order

Orders are accepted by phone, fax, e-mail or as a written shipment delivered by post. For inbred and hybrid strains, especially if it is a larger delivery, we welcome a timely pre-order with the possibility of later specifying the number and gender of the animal.

We deliver animals as soon as possible, usually within 1 week. Larger groups of animals by arrangement in the specified period. The customer is always informed about the delivery, or receives a confirmation of his order. When ordering animals from other production units through us, we always require a written order, on the basis of which we will start correspondence with the foreign producer about the availability of the relevant species and strain and delivery conditions.
